| Did your phone come with any pre-loaded videos and did they work? If they are still on the phone check and make sure which folder they're in and what format they are. I have 3gp,mp4 and avi on my p168+ and they should all work for your p168c. | |

| ya it came with a few movies i and i tried using the same formats but still nothing? | |

| If you've formatted them right and put them in the same folder individualy, then I'm at a loss  Maybe someone else has an idea. | |
