grabiod.com offers a free 1 month 5000mb download of certain movies and tv shows. They're monthly memberships are also very reasonable.

there is a great site to download the latest movies that are small avi files, and can be converted to 3gp nicely,

This is a terrific site - convert .avi movies to .3gp and they work A-OK
