Locked Keypad Empty

Keypad keep locking...I recently dropped my phone (nothing broke) and since than my keypad locks. I never did change any features. How do I get rid of this feature, b/c it's a hassle that I have to press the SEND key every time to unlock my phone b/f I can use it. This is seperate from the "slide to unlock" feature. Please help!
