How do I pull up the phone keypad when I'm talking Empty

When I'm on the phone with one of those automated systems that ask me to press 1 for.... or press 2 for....... I can't pull up the keypad to make the choice. Any suggestions?

There's a little green telephone icon that appears at the bottom center of the screen. Tap on that to bring up the dialing keypad.

Thanks, that works. I was tapping on the black screen and not getting anything. But once you hit one of the buttons and pull up the current screen the icon is there. Thanks again, that was really driving me crazy.
