And my friends have got the cect p168.
The Main menu After "Slide to Unlock" looking much better. How can i take the same

you have the "+" version

the P168C is the latest firmware which your friend most likly has

you can try to re-flash the phone but at the moment its a 50/50 chace it will work correctly.
