| hey guys i've had my p168+ for three months and it's worked fine then a few days ago just shut off and now won't turn on. obviously i've checked the batteries and theyr'e fine...anybody know anything that could help or is this phone scrap? | |

| did you do anything with the engineering mode?
or like you mentioned, it just died. | |

| I did something the first week i bought it, nothing serious, like the screen brightness or screen sensitivity, i can't remember, but that was three months ago..... | |

| i wish i could say yeah so i could say that is the problem, but no, nothing at all, just shut off in my car and would never turn back on | |

| Did your phone ever come back on? I hope so, but if not you should try flashing it, maybe. I had to do that and finally got mine back on. Good Luck. | |

| What happens when you try to hook up the phone with the USB cable to your computer, does it say it's charging? Are you able to turn it on this way? Worth a shot if you not already did so. | |
